is having a contest [link]it ends tonight at midnight... uh, central time.
SO before I finish, I'd like to get some final advice.
1. I was going for a Kingly... Vikingly, pot of gold Guardian/Hoarder type-thing, so should he have a Sword-Arm and a Crown too?
2. Also going for a Dark/Steel type
but seeing as it's kinda Ghostly looking... maybe a Ghost/Steel?
I wanted even a Fighting type
3. BUT look at all the Fighting and Dark moves he could possibly learn, ESPECIALLY the Dark ones
Crunch, Thief, Faint Attack, Knock off, Switcheroo, Embargo (alot of item based stuff, he is a bigass container right?)
I mean, as opposed to Ghost and Steel moves... yeah
4. And I had it as that there treasure chest evolves by using a Skeleton Key on it and the Key looks like a Jolly Roger and that whole deal, thus why big man's head here IS a Jolly Roger, ya get me? but the thing is should his jaw be attatched to the cauldron lip?
... uh, without looking like a pair of testicles?
-5. AND the first stage Evo is like a tiny little cylindrical ring-box deal, with one eye as the ring inside, sound good?
6. Should the cauldron have a mouth? or should I turn that jagged crap into rust, or moss, or something?
I'll take any advice here people
-skull with pupils
-different pokey legs
-bigger cauldron
-more jewels and crap
so help me, help you... help me

that is true that they are getting more complicated and i actually design simple fakes so that's probably why i think it looks too complicated lol
well i like the bands and bones maybe where you can see jewels and stuff on his body maybe just erase one or two of them and the hand it just needs to not have as many lines and complications.
ok so the more i look at it the better i like it here's what i would do but you don't have to do it so here we go. i would get rid of the horns, get rid of some of the jewels and gold in his body and change the bone on his chest so it was wither a circle or flip it upside down so it doesn't look like a but 3

Very impressive. If you were going for a ghost type mix I'd say have some smokeor something radiating off of him or even just from the palms of his hands you know? I think its okay with the jewel ratio I mean you don't want to make it too gaudy right? I definitely think you should have pupils for the eyes. The legs look nice but maybe try going with claw like hands You know to give it a more mobile feel. Overall I say this looks pretty good. Hope my suggestions help

Look at Golurk, he got no ectoplasmic aura either
and Gengar's just all spikey
same goes for Sableye and Froslass, no foggy spirit crap, just creepy crap

i like most of it but i don't like the broken horn i think both should be solid or both gone cuz i actually don't like the horns very much they are ok i guess tho. it seems a little too complicated maybe get rid of some of the bands and bones and stuff. i don't like the bone in the center of his chest...it looks like a butt
