So after some serious contemplation, I decided to enter *MonsterTurtle 's contest which you can find Here -> [link] .

I actually just recently adopted this baby, I love him so much, and I figured he was perfect for this.
I hope this is okay, I gave it my all while drawing this~

Anyway, here is a bit of info on this lovely Colt.

Name: Balthazar
Nicknames: Zar, Zar-Zar, Bal
Gender: Male
Age: Young Adult
Species: Earth Pony
Personality: Balthazar is usually a quiet individual, not really talking to many ponies. It's not that he is shy, but the fact that no one really ever talks to him because of him being "different". He appears to be very threatening, and tends to scare away other ponies. If you ever can get him to open up to you, Balthazar is actually a very sweet protecting Colt, willing to give his own life for those he holds close to him. He can also tend to goof off now and then, though very rare. When sad, he usually shuts himself off from everyone and tends to walk things off. When angry, Balthazar usually just walks it off, but if you really anger him, I suggest you run.
Occupation: None currently, he tends to wander from area to area.
Cutie Mark: Balthazar has no cutiemark, he tends to paint on things.
Brief Bio: Balthazar was born into this world as something not many have seen. An ancient species which people thought died out many years ago. His original parents were both earth ponies, with these species gene's in them, but laid dormant for years until Balthazar was born. Scared and worried, they abandoned Balthazar, leaving him outside of Canterlot, where a pegasi couple found him and took them under their wings. As Balthazar grew up, he started to notice how different he was compared to everypony else, and felt left out. He always wanted to be a pegasus like his adoptive parents, but of course he could not be like one. Balthazar was always bullied in school for being unique, which led him to become partially mute, not talking to anypony. As he grew up, the bullies became more violent and cruel, threatening to harm both him and his parents, so Balthazar did what was best and left, leaving a note behind for his parents explaining why he had to leave. Ever since Balthazar has been roaming around Equestria, hoping to one day find somewhere he can fit in or at least reside at.
Other: Balthazar has a lip piercings which a cross is attached to by a chain, a barb wire chained cross around his arm, bandages covering his scar on his hoof, a patch sewn into his skin, a skull band holding his tail up with a cross chain, and a tattoo on his leg as well as a tattoo of wings on his sides.

Reasons why I think these two are absolutely cute together.

- Balthazar is willing to risk everything for Cirque
- I think Cirque would be very understanding and would love Balthazar no matter what species he is.
- They look adorable together
- He is able to travel around with Cirque and his circus group
- Cirque would be the first pony to make him come out of his shell

i will most likely write a story and draw a picture of how these two met later
