HEY .... is this a Yellow-Bellied Marmont? I've taken a number of shots of them in Canmore, AB but could never find out for sure what they are
Looks like from that picture on your profile that it was taken more around the Kamloops area ..... do they have them there too?

I think it's a ground squirrel actually. I took this in Manning Park, it's kind of on the way to the Kamloops area. There are tons of these living at the park!

hhhhhhmmmmmm .... Manning Park .... I know I have been there but I don't exactly remember where it is now. They kinda look like our Franklin Ground Squirrels that we have here in Saskatchewan but definitely a different creature ..... [link]
