We bought the matching shirts two years ago when we first decided we wanted to cosplay from ross. The pants were just ones that Sora had, her black slacks and the ones I'm wearing [-which she gave me-] So yeah we pretty much throw things together that we already had. Thats what I did like wise with my kingdom hearts II and Mukuro cosplay xD though I had to do some sewing too. Oh you're doing Joshua? I would love to see <3 He's so amusing haha and I love how he just rubs Neku the wrong way.

I was actually thinking of cutting and dying my hair like Neku's when I turned 18 so that I could cosplay him without getting wig xD lmao. It's my favorite game so I want to cosplay those two so bad!! But right now I want to cosplay Sora more (because my friend wants to do Riku too.) Oh that reminds me!! Since my friend doesn't have a dA of her own she asked me if I'd ask you where you got your Riku costume?

Are you going to do kingdom hearts II or I Sora? And as for my outfit haha its kinda funny. The pants were randomly hanging in the back of my closet. I had had them for a while but never wore them because they're kinda big, sadly I don't remember where I got them. The black vest and over vest I got for 3 dollars at a thrift store. I spent $5 on fabric to sew the blue and yellow on as well as sew the wrist band and thats about it :3 And the Wig was off ebay ^^ It was $50 if I remember correctly

You made it!!?? Lucky bum!! I have no sewing skills whatsoever. That was proven when I had a sewing class in 8th grade. haha. Maybe we should go to thrift stores more often? Jk xD I've been to the ours once or twice and I've searched through everything. There isn't anything down here we could get for cosplay. Maybe if we took some journey to other ones? My mom would flip if I asked to take a bus to other towns to look for clothes. Like i mentioned earlier, she's a douche sometimes. She can be overprotective.
lmoa I just texted that friend I've been talking about (I'll call her AL. It's her nick-name.) She replied to my message with "sigh. where do people learn to sew like that?" xD I think it's funny. Sewing is definitely a talent we've been cheated on.

Oh yeah I love his game two outfit. My sora and I want to do game one outfit but I don't have money at the moment to sew Riku's outfit 
Well I just sewed the blue and yellow on the cream vest and sewed the wrist band. That really isnt much and I'm not so great at sewing

I'm going to take a wild guess and say that you don't live in Utah. If you did or do, that would be a freaking miracle and if we were to meet up anytime for cosplay I would glomp you and Sora so hard you'd die O.o jk you wouldn't die but I'd still glomp you guys because that's what fangirls do xD
My mom doesn't know yet that I plan to cosplay a dude. Haha. She has no idea that I have a cosplay "outfit" for Joshua. I'm using jeans that I already have and I bought a shirt that would be great for him. She thinks I just wanted it for back-to-school stuff xD hehe I'm so sneaky...
My dad knows I plan to get Sora and he asked me if Sora was a girl or a boy. Of course I say boy and he laughed:3 But he really doesn't mind. My dad isn't an anime kind of guy but he's real cool about it and he thinks it's awesome that I'm into cosplay and stuff. "It doesn't seem like something you'd do since you're shy" is what he told me yesterday:3 I can be pretty shy but when you get to know me or if it's anime related--- i'm far from shy.

No I don't but my mom's friend lives there and we might go there some time to visit. That would be a real coincidence if we did happen to meet 
My mom isnt too big on the "being a guy thing" either but she lets me and my dad doesnt mind too much. I have other family members though that frown down on it.But its nothing bad at all, just because I like dressing like an anime guy doesnt mean I'm messed up or anything 
I completely understand what you mean though about being shy. I'm very shy myself around people I don't know but I found at cons if you're with a group or a few good friends and be in character of your cosplay than it isnt so hard not to be

At our last con too my Sora and I were almost the only ones for the first day and that got us a lot of attention. Not to mention I was only one of three Riku's there for the whole con x3 or at least that I saw.

My mom is like... a complete homophobe. She hates gay people and I think she doesn't like the idea of me having guy stuff at all because she thinks I'm going to be a lesbian or something. It makes me mad. I'm straight and all, but I don't find anything WRONG with gay people. I even have gay friends. But the idea still lingers "if I was like that, my mom probably wouldn't like me either." its sad

Yeah thats what my mom was concerned about slightly but she trusts me a whole lot and knows I'm not like that at all so she doesnt worry ^^ Well there is a saying from the Bible that "bad company corrupts good moral." So its always important to be careful of who you hand out with because eventually you start behaving like them. I tend to notice that bad traits rub off easier than good

Are there a lot of Cons down where you live? I'm not sure how many there are around here. I think maybe one a year down in Salt Lake (an hour from where I live) but we're lucky to be only 15 minutes away from the one in October. My friend and I want to get an apartment together once we graduate and move out. We hope to find a place with a lot of cosplayers and cons xD haha. So I was gonna check out California's info on that stuff when I need to. That's about two years away tho
Man i had the worst friend-break-up thing (whatever you want to call it x D) maybe 6 months ago. She would've been one of my co-cosplayers I'm sure. But I'm so sick of drama that I don't plan on ever being friends with her again. I know that sounds really bad especially since God wants us to be friends with everyone, but it's just better not to talk. We don't fight anymore that way
Maybe I'll take some Kairi pictures of her searching around and going "Where the heck are Sora and Riku!?" lol and be all "This is fer Crescent, since Riku no longer has a Kairi xD" haha. The thought is kinda funny to me.
