Description
This character doesn't have a name yet, but he's the brother of another Jolteon (Triumph). This character is the childhood best friend/crush of a Vaporeon named Tsu-Tsu (Whose ref sheet I'm finishing).

Basically my idea for this "story" is that a bunch of eevees are taken and evolved, but then they wanted to evolve them further, therefore over-evolving them, AKA: AU designs bc fun. The lab-testing-place-thing ends up burning down due to a Flareon (not Phoenix... maybe) and the rest of the crew escapes.
This Jolteon is screaming for help from Tsu after being stuck under a huge crate, but they have to escape quickly, so he dies alone in the fire. Tsu still has nightmares about that night to this day... the one that stuck by her, that laughed and cried with her, the one who was there for her through all the pain and torture... gone in a single moments panic...
