"In the depths of night, one boy sleeps as the moon glows, the owl hoots, and the crickets creek. Never knowing that his pet frog would sit inside his glass case and then would begin to carefully hop out and then start running to the window. The frog runs to the meadows to uncover leaves to reveal his star ship. He gets inside, turns it on, and flies off into space. He travels until he comes across the UFO "Universal Federate Organization's" headquarters. He lands his ship inside and goes to meet with the leaders of the Star Rangers Force to see if there was a planet that needed to be explored or investigated. He then goes out and does his job as space exploring frog of Earth by the name of 'Hugo."

That's the story behind the character. He was a character I had since 2007. His story and what he does could be an idea for a series of stories.
