Description This is Jon Snow and Ygritte in the cave with the hot springs as Mance Rayder's large host move towards the Wall.Β 

The image was inspired by stych9ine photo I saw on pinterest - love the placement of the girl's hands on the guy's arms.

I wish I had photo references of how wet hair and bodies look like! This was the best I can come up with.

I made them slightly pink from the hot steams in the cave...


Penciled and then colored digitally.

Omg, I love that scene. And how Ygritte talks to Jon about just running away from it all. ********SPOILER ALERT********* Then when Ygritte diesΒ from getting shot by a crow and talks to Jon one last time, then Jon keeps having dreams about how the arrow that killed her was his, though he knew it wasn't. ~Le sigh~ See how a ploy gets turned into true-undying love? :')
