Takeshi Hiro is a guy who has na extremely obsession with tokusatsu shows specially Kamen Rider since he was a kid,this is the reason of why he wears an outfit that looks line one, in places like his home and anime conventions, and because of this outfit he refers to himself as Kamen Rider Reborn,but just for laughs,one day when returning home,when he was looking in his computer a strange creature appeared and caught him,when they arrived in what looked like a forest the creature introduced himself as BeatDramon and explained that he chose Takeshi because he has the potential to turn him into the greatest hero in the digital world,and strangely Takeshi cellphone turned into a device called Digivice IC,BeatDramon explained that symbolized that they now are partners and that now they have to travel the digital world to save the Digimon in peril,Takeshi gladly accepted this,meaning he could be a hero with this,after some time passed they decided to enter the Digital World Championship to test their power and their bond they developed trough the travels.
