Ok, the light in the middle looks a little out of place, and lacks that magical essence. IMO I would make it my brilliant in light,, and the beams streaming towards the light is a little too solid- needs to be more weak in volume, NOT more blurry tho xD;;

with that in mind, the character would be luminated in blue more, not the pure blue color but mixing the blue light with his skin color (and clothing), his abs should definity be luminated sice that part of his body is right infront of the light, especially his hands

that blur effect under his arms is a very nice touch tho, and imo, i think his eyes should have a glow to them, which can connect with the light around the hands

overall, u did a good job on the anatomy and perspective . I wouldnt worry too much about the bg cuz the character totally distracted me from it...i just realized how blurry the background was xD. If u want to step on the extra mile, u could make a more detailed backg\round...but seriously...i didnt notice until i reminded myself xD

heh at 3 am i was only thinking of...finish it get it up and go to bed....oh and the other voices were giving me hell for even doing those bands that went around his arms
i thank you for your critiques...i find them insightful and maybe for the next one i can put them to use lol
