New profile: ~ElucidatorI skipped my "painting per day" yesterday and made up for it by doing Emma Watson today. This might be my favourite. But her pose looks strange, no? Oh yeah, I also made a new brush for hair - finally. I got sick of that ultra-smooth plastic look that the standard brush gives.

Well, if my life ever slows down and I get more time to paint, I might do Ginny. Though I sort of dislike her. And I'll certainly be doing one of Harry.

Yeah, I'm not happy with the Harry and Ginny situation at all. I would prefer Harry and Hermione. But you know what I'd like even more? To get rid of the dumb romantic subplots. I know, for a HP fan, I'm pretty vehement.
I'm basically just doing DH characters... who I like. I've been interrupted by other projects, but I'll get back to it.

Looks sooo prettyyyy. I don't know what would be wrong with the pose, maybe the direction it is facing vs. the length of her neck? (i mean, her neck stands out forward to much)
Btw, shouldn't the eye that the light shine in, be a bit smaller than the eye that is in the shadow?

Yeah, I'm not sure what's making it so awkward. The ref isn't incredibly weird, so I dunno.
And the eyes are the right size, I think. It may be the shading throwing things off.

Her pose does look a little strange. For me, it's the chest - your picture doesn't make it as clear that it's a collar sticking out like that. Ends up looking a bit like her rib cage is *enormous*.
