"Tonight's the night." Whispered Harahi, Queen of the Pridelands. Harahi's mate, Tamari, slowly nodded. Harahi leaned against Tamari, burying her face in Tamari's long mane. "We'll be alright. We will win this war..." Tamari whispered. Harahi took a deep, shaky, breath and whispered back, "I know... I'm worried about Lanai and her mate, Kaorui, though..." Tamari replied, "I'll protect them with my life." Harahi shivered beside Tamari despite the warmth of Tamari's mane, "I just can't bare to think like that." Just then, Lanai, their daughter ran into the King and Queen's den and said urgently, "Kaorui has all the lions and lionesses prepared for battle." Harahi stood there in silence and Tamari walked up to his daughter and nodded, "Tell him that he has done great." Lanai nodded and bounded away.

The fact that you did all that with bases astounds me. Usually all the comics I see made with bases are an atrocity. Good job, ^^ These are great.

I tried hard to make this comic look good with good background and nicely colored lions, so I'm really glad you like it! x3 I've barely started on the next page, but you made me want to continue it faster x3
