     Allow me to start at the top.  You are missing the ender eyes on the hat.  Eyebrows and eye lids are missing.  The turtle neck thing is too tall, or seems too tall.  Left arm is too short.  Her skirt is pleated, not straight, and I would understand if she is not wearing her shoes, but i'm sure her shoes belong there.

      This is my basic problems with this.
