Description
Jaeriel’s kiss was nothing like the innocent touch that Orchid had delivered. It was deep and impassioned as she pulled Orchid close to her in a vice that refused to yield. Orchid found herself returning the kiss as the pair stood there amidst the vastness of the star dreadnaught’s hangar and embraced. It was the culmination of all they’d been through together, built to a breaking point that could have destroyed them both but now made them all the stronger as they became lost in one another’s arms, oblivious to the galaxy around them in that moment in time.

Star Wars OC AU stuff! Featuring rayn44 & SlingBlade87 's OC Jaeriel, and my Orchid! This was inspired by a comment that would form the basis for Slade's story Young Love , which y'all should totally read!

Anyway, here we have Orchid and Jaeriel's first kiss! Well technically second, as moments before Orchid gave Jae a quick peck on the lips, barely a touch, but c'mon, that ain't a proper kiss... XD

I wanted to try something different with the positioning here drawing the main focus of the image to the left, rather than dead center, I dunno why, but I quite like it. I'm not too confident at drawing kisses honestly, I really want to draw more stuff like this (I DO want to be a yuri artist damn it! XD), but eh, I hope it looks alright! ;w; Generic hangar background is generic, but why would you wanna look at the background!?

Agh, I can't stress enough how much I enjoy drawing these two, they're my OTP... Even more so I love when Slade writes about them!
