My god it was a doozy |"""3
I've been painting this for quite sometime now
when the New Years was over mainly to show something macho
and manly to show how much I've improved :3
And well..... here it is lol
I can paint shit properly now |D

I'm really proud of how this turned out. . . .
But yeah, for those confused or think this is some, "Evil / Dark Brandt" or something...
You're wrong actually ;3
It's literally the same happy go lucky, adorable guy with no dark or evil side to him
he just became cynical and cruel over 700 years due to staying the same while everyone else
died around him... but this isn't really why he "transformed" into this state...
Over the centuries, he couldn't bare the constant scenario that kept playing out
Nor was he able to save anybody he befriends... This caused him to want to go into solitude
and with that, created a mask that made him seem ruthless and cold-hearted...
He received a scar from someone he faced during the Time Skip a little before the Second Arc happens...
It gave him an intimidating look, so he decided to dedicate his time into making himself look more scary rather than friendly...
Making himself look more muscular with a more fierce hairstyle like that of a lion...
Since of course... He's a Leo...

This image showcases his intimidation factor, which is what he uses to make people stay away from him
so he could live as a loner forever... it works on animals as well, but more so them rather than people since
not too many are actually intimidated and have conveniently faced someone worse than him... "Surprise, surprise..."
Of course this doesn't last long because of the person he ran into, Nathaniel Nebraska, who is the
Great (times whatever) Grandson of his best friend, Shu Nebraska.
Not too many people actually pay attention to Brandt's actions and often write him off as a "Scary Bad Guy" despite
the fact that he will try to save someone despite his angry, cold-hearted nature...
He just won't be charismatic about it anymore and simply scold you for your actions....

This transformation happened, 300 years after the events of the First Arc
Brandt's reputation became so bad during the Time Skip, that there were storybooks making him as a symbol of death...
Calling him the "Son of the Sun" in the Evropi Continent... An embodiment of the Sun God's Wrath....
He is said to be a spirit who appears when someone is at the brink of death or if calamity rears it's ugly head....
Either way, they aren't happy stories and the parents would often read it to their children as lessons about life
But the story is often described as a scary one to drive the point in farther...
Nobody has ever seen Brandt, so they usually draw him as some twisted demonic entity like that of the Asura...
Which is why Brandt would hate it when people call him a demon...

Richie Mcgee is the one who sees Brandt up close for the first time and realizes that he's not as monstrous
as the storybooks make him out to be.... and rather... he's actually motherly towards children... whenever Richie
would be in trouble, he felt safe around Brandt, which is when their relationship became so close as the story went on...
