The Sherwood Story Project is starting to add more and more ideas. Adapting Slavic fairy tales to the realities of English legends is an interesting cultural crossover. I am simultaneously connecting two cultures and simultaneously fulfilling my wish to be in Sherwood Forest. Yes, I can finally kiss Maid Marian's paw. There is no purpose more sacred than that.
This project is historical, but it has all the makings of a comedy and melodrama. I will try to make this story interesting and answer any questions I have. Where are the people? Why don't we see horses in harness? Will Klucky be able to eat eggs in the morning? Is Marian a predator who suppresses her instincts for the sake of survival in the upper class? How does she clean her tail? Where does Prince John plan to spend the state budget and where does Robin keep his loot? All of this will be revealed in my Sherwood Story project.
