Description s can Hermes is having a bit of a rough time lately. He's pretty stressed out atm having a bunch of little kittens running around the house and his cat-wife being a bit agressive

Maybe, but this is not a full body photo of the animal.
I have a cat and when he sits down like this his skin ruffles and makes him look "fat".

He looks like he needs one indeed. Though I believe that his looks are a typical feature of the British Blue breed
