Pic of Kuro I'd been sketching for a while- I did a lot of the work while I was visiting my grandfather at the War Veteran's home.I decided, in his honour and memory, and in the idea that art is never truly 'finished,' to stop where I was on the sketching (last done with him) and just do minor finishing in Photoshop.
I kept all the traditional pencil linework, added lighting/darkness, tone and signed it in Photoshop.

I always like the way you do his eyes. They have a false sense that shows he's a nice guy, but also he could gutt you down in a heartbeat. I like that.
