Probably not. She doesn't seem to be very healthy, to be honest.
I wasthinking of the theatrical aspect of the word though, which is why she holds a mask with a happy face on it.
Shows how she's all fun and game in surface, but take that out and she breaks.
So yeah. Really, both senses work.
