Description At least they're the heroes of my childhood. My two favorite movies as a child, and I still love them nowadays endlessly. Every weekend I had the chance to watch these movies on the tv was the happiest weekend ever. ^^

I decided to draw them together 'cause they never receive enough love!!

The background is a photograph I took, edited to look more drawing-like with marvelous Ribbet and Pixlr online editors, yay!!
I just love (LOVE ) the way this turned out! And it was my first attempt at doing this kind of stuff, it makes me really happy. ^^


In my head, Anastasia's answer to this dialogue is: "Why? Is it working?" Because we know no matter how much they love each other, Anastasia/Anya and Dimitri will never stop teasing each other.

That looks beautiful! Anastasia and Balto are some of the best animated movies not made by Disney, and this is a lovely tribute

I know! They're both awesome!! I used to watch them on tv so I never had the VHS, but as a grown up teenager I still loved them so much I had to buy the DVD. People looked at me kinda funny for that...

I have most of the classic Disney movies on VHS too. All of our VHS tapes are in a cabinet downstairs. I was a lucky kid. I had all of those wonderful masterpieces at my fingertips.

Hmm, I don't have a single disney movie 'cause I was a Barbie girl, but I also still keep my childhood movies safe and sound in my room. Sometimes I just wish I could play VHS in my current tv.
