If you win their trust, which is hard to do, they will try to cuddle with you as much as possible. If you threaten them, they will rather try to escape than fight. They only fight their own species, rarely others. Tail gesture is really important for them. The higher the tail the better the mood. They will lower their head when feeling threatened. While running, they oftenly jump. They can jump up to 1 meter high while only being averagely 30cm long excluding tail. Their tail is averagely 20 cm long. Males and females look and act the same. The only difference is that
males are usually more energetic. They start to look for mates in autumn. The litter has usually around 1-3
pups in it. They decide who goes hunting and who takes care of the pups for the day. They do not live in packs,
they rather meet up in autumn once in a week to find a
mate. They show their tongue most of the time for no
specific reason.
