iiiiIIIIIIIITS Ophelia. This model is based on her fire emblem heroes appearance. The model uses the mesh deform modifier, the model uses an edited mesh taken from Lissa's fire emblem warriors model, and this dl comes with a .blend file.
as always expect some jank.
