no-one normally notices the rabbit, im impressed
i particularly liked this one too. simple yet effective.
reminds me now of your "kesbet" piece. strange how some ideas seem to float through the subconscious of mankind.

The similarity was the first thing why I've noticed and liked this one instantly

The rabbit is soooo obvious...

totally! that's what art is supposed to be about- shame the people that own sites like this don't ever recognize the fact, and try to monetize everything, build a system of meritocracy, and the truly original thinkers are left out.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Harrisons-Forge In reply to simonpark81 [2013-04-15 07:40:36 +0000 UTC]

I think that is changing though. With the near global access to the internet we have today, original thinkers have a better chance of being able to do their thing. Whether or not they get the attention they deserve is another matter though....

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

simonpark81 In reply to Harrisons-Forge [2013-04-18 16:05:24 +0000 UTC]

...and unfortunately the internet itself is under scrutiny constantly. nothing in this world comes without being watched scrupulously by the men in dark jackets.
well, time will tell, the truth is definitely blooming online.

true, but there is just too much information out there to police these days...it is why annonymous et al can get away with what they do

simonpark81 In reply to Harrisons-Forge [2013-04-20 13:35:00 +0000 UTC]

im not so sure anonymous are all they are cracked up to be... otherwise they would have kicked some digital arse by now. same as Julian "get-out-of-jail-free" assange and his wikileaked-whatever -the-government-give-him website.
meh, perhaps im too mistrusting, but anyone buying more and more expensive suits as their trial progresses seems out of place to me in this position.
plus, everything that comes out of wikileaks about aliens, ghosts or angels are all fake.
I tried them, I judged them. they are all codswallop, unfortunately. I need to check more into the paper work released, but after seeing such poor fare being touted as truth just really put me off. I also think alex jones is an illuminate puppet. how else could he have got into bohemian grove and get away with releasing his video about it?
no one does that and survives.
that's the key factor to the truth movement, sensationalize everything so no one cares what david icke is saying, just that he said the queen is a lizard.
don't focus on Julian assange, but rather on this act or that law passed thirty years ago....
keeping our eyes off the all-important now.

Yep. The government snuck one past us under cover of Maggies funeral, they have abolished section 3 of the Equalities Act 2006. Activist groups are saying that it is going to cause problems. So if you are anti-Semitic, Misogynistic, anti-Islam, or any other nasty -ist, there will be nothing to stop you discriminating!! It's disgusting.

I came here as an idiot (lol) and now what I hear? i'm an artist! and people who's art i love with all my heart and thought that they'll never glance in my direction say that i have good works! Simon, what happens with me? I understand that it's cool, very cool, but... i can't believe this. I have different ways to change and make my art better. Often very long time i don't know how, but than... than someone says "draw me..." and I make new strange things! What a strange thing progress is!

your path will get more and more obvious as time goes by.
your inner artist is what makes you stronger in the mind than all the rest, the ones that dont imagine things anymore.
always believe in yourself and know that one day you will amaze everyone.

Solitae In reply to simonpark81 [2012-12-14 16:52:16 +0000 UTC]

inner artist? you know, one or two weeks ago I understood one thing: i know my subliminal self, i feel it, i hear it all the time and i cannot understand that people don't understand it... they are trying to hear anything from it and often doing wrong 'cause they hear only brains voice. How it can be?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

simonpark81 In reply to Solitae [2012-12-14 21:08:26 +0000 UTC]

because they let themselves down in one area- self belief. they cannot tell the difference because they do not believe in the difference. they think their body is all there is to think WITH.
your inner voice will never tell you do anything your uncomfortable with or that could be seen as negative. it just doesnt work that way.
thats the great thing about conciousness, and why all monks are peaceful.
city people need big life lessons i think.

Hm... I live in the city. In the biggest city in Ukraine. It's interesting to look at people, their feelings, emotions, thoughts. And sometimes it's so hard to believe that they don't understand their own feelings and thoughts.
