Nice work Simian! Wish I could get a macro lens for myself, but the micro 4/3 ones are very expensive at present.

God I have the worst time with the macro lens. It's too heavy and the pictures sometimes come out blurry. @_@

a tripod is my friend for most of my shots, course getting the ladybird to hold still was pain!

Ha ha, I can't work the tripod I've got on my own. I'm a beginner
I tried taking some macro shots of some flowers in my shade garden early this morning and almost fell face first into a snowball bush. It was a close call ha ha.

Glad the lady bug sat still ^_^
