I love these to death! I am in Taekwando and I have been doing it for 11 years, I am a First Dan. what belt are you? oh and P.S. Taekwando RULES!! eventhough my master was a crazy Korean who put us through almost "traditional" practices....He was a "No Bullshit" kinda guy. He must have been a North Korean.
