I had no clue when i got it eighter xD
It seems it doesnt react always when you dont use tablet.
for painting use inking tool, it gives much better lines that pen but is a little trickier to use :3

I think it's Capcom making the DS game, apparantly they somewhat worked with Clover Studios on Okami :/
