This picture is dedicated to the hard working members of Bungie, creators of the acclaimed XBOX game Halo.

Now, I love Halo to death. But before Halo was around, there was a game called Marathon.

It was created in 1994 by Bungie in a basement in Chicago. The hero of the game was a Spartan Marine (like Master Chief) named Vidboi, who fought against the three-eyed Pfhor menace.

...So why 7-7-07, you ask?

The number 7 was prominent in the Marathon series. The slogan for one of the games was "Somewhere in the Heavens, They Are Waiting" (which has seven words in it), and a fictional band was even created called The Power of Seven.

So I present to you *my* power of seven:

* There are 7 sets of Pfhor eyes in the background.
* Vidboi has 7 weapons on him.
* Vidboi's kneepads have 7 lines on them
* (and I really didn't mean for this to happen, but...) There are seven pools of Pfhor blood on the ground at Vidboi's feet.
