Description
Concept art of sorts for Aiyasha, imperial princess and one of the main antagonists of my (so far kept secret) Seven Roosters universe. Wanted to draw her in traveling clothes rather than the usual extravagant courtly dress.
Photoshop and Wacom Intuos 3, far too many hours.

Thank you! It's been a long time. They do occasionally show up bickering in my head, but it's rare I get to sit down and DO something with them these days. It's heart-warming to know people like them, though.

OCs, on the other hand, are always running around my head. I just don't have as much free time to draw them as I once used to, and I guess I'm not posting as much online as I used to either. But they're still there, and I haven't given up the hope that one day I'll do something worthwhile with them.

Squeeee!!! Lovelyness. Purpleish colors are my favorite. I love her delicate face and her eyes are piercing. Sumptuous yet practical clothing design perfect for a princess traveling outfit. can't wait to see more of her and this secret universe of yours. you have always been able to create some of the most engaging worlds and characters.

Her eyes are one of my favorite features about her, too. They were the reason I first drew a colored portrait for her back when I started poking at this world, and same thing with this image - for being a somewhat minor character she's already got the most colored art, simply because of her eyes. XD
She's from a universe I haven't posted anything about online, really. I was/am vaguely contemplating trying to make it a webcomic one of these days. Only downside to that brilliant plan is my notorious incapability to stick with anything for long. >.>
