Posing in my faun costume at the Texas Renaissance festival. I'm so happy I want to cry ;_;. Almost two weeks working on this outfit in between pulling extra shifts at work, with limited funds, no more than a few hours of sleep at night, and it came out exactly like I'd envisioned it.Most importantly, it all held up to a rough day with no problems!

lol I totally forgot that you put these up on DA. I was going through my favorites and it was all, "Ohshit, wifeeyyy." Goddamn, it took you forever to make this costume. Totally worth it, though. And it held up.

Yay, so glad you like it! You really should try out the Cloud Clay! It went the whole day, and the only thing that didn't hold up was the paint job (need to put some more sealer I think). The stuff was light as can be, didn't break, crack, tear or anything! And I definitely found every rock and tree root in the festival, lol!
Also a side note: my friend saw your mini hats and went nuts over them, I'm going to have to try out your tutorial for them and see if I can't make one!

A faun is a satyr, half man (or woman in this case) half goat from Greek and Roman mythology, the most popular one being Pan who was a Greek god.

Yay, thank you! Yeah I really poured my heart and soul into it, so if it had come out horribly I'm not sure what I would've done lol.
Also, with all the leather I had to use to make this, I think I'm going to tinker with leather working a bit; it was really fun and easy once I got the hang of it!
