working at D*sney really makes think about your fave characters, or villains in this case
in order from left to right:
Captain James Hook-ok yea, Hook is a bumbler. But he's a funny bumbler. That and I have much love for Hans Conried. Every time I hear him go SMEEEEE!!! [link] its priceless
Maleficent-shes a classy lady [link] and also a cold hearted bitch right out of hell [link] And I love her for it
Hades-My absolute favorite comedic villain. I love how he sounds like a used car salesman. he had some great lines as well as a kick ass VA, James Woods
Evil Queen/Verona: I call her Verona based of the Fairest book sold in the parks. Its not the best written and its pretty much "Wicked", just instead of the wicked witch its the evil queen. oh and she still doesnt have a name. Yep, theres a book, about 150 something pages, ALL ABOUT HER, and her name isnt never mentioned, shes always called the queen. so i took her handmaiden's(seriously her servant who was created solely for the book has a name but she doesnt?) name, Verona. Besides it suits her, Queen Verona.
Frollo: I Frackin love him. Frollo is without a doubt my favorite disney villain. Everything about him is awesome. He gets awesome development, has an awesome song [link] , great design , and a downright awesome voice actor, the late Tony Jay(May he rest in peace). Which sucks cause he gets very little recognition or merchandise. Hell the only character Disney actually acknowledges from the movie is Esmerelda. Don't get me wrong, I love her too, but seriously Frollo needs love too....
....It's the boobs [link] ,gotta be the boobs, that and this isnt a face many children would love [link]

Dr. Facilier: a combo of two parts awesome, namely Keith David and a return to Disney 2d roots. i love facilier so much that i bumped him up past ratigan.

Definitivly the Disney Villains' finest here . 
I'm not espescially fan of the Wicked Queen, because I haven't found her very interesting, but I'll admit she's got a freaky design as the old woman . I may disagree on this one . Let's say she's the honorable mention .
Hades, is simply awesome, I love him . His humor, his design, he is so cool !! My second favourite, no doubt !
Frollo - Didn't see the movie yet , but with all the fanbase he has, I sure do know things about him .
Maleficient - Same here, I haven't see the movie . I can't really say much about her, except she's hooooooot , for a Disney Villainess .
Dr Facilier : the more recent of the list, and BY GOD HE IS SO COOL !! I love him, he's my third favourite !! He's classy, a show-man , his song and his powers are soo damn cool, and even his death is pretty disturbing . A good point for me .
And we end with Captain Hook , my absolute favourite !! ^^ Nowadays, he seems to be overshadowed by villains like Scar, Frollo, Hades and Jafar, but he is MY favourite !! Reducing him as a buffoon is a mistake . To me, he is dangerous , intelligent, a great opponent who deserves some respect . After all, he's one of the few (if not the only one ) no-powered Disney villains facing a hero whitch magical aptitudes . I mean, yes Peter Pan is a boy, but a flying one, with decades of fighting experiences, and never grows up, while Hook is a normal guy .
Disney Hook had a great impact on our vision of the character : the red coat, the feathered hat, and even the goofy humor are now timeless and universal when it comes to Hook .

ha ha ha! Yes. Ratigan and Dr. Facilier are tied for my favorite Disney villain, and Maleficent is my favorite villainess. It makes me sad that there aren't more female villains to the Disney Animated name since the original one was a woman. *sigh* 
P.S. Facilier's animator said that Captain Hook was part of his inspiration for him. The captain, and Cruella De Vil.

One thing I didn't like about Disney's Captain Hook is that in the book his hook was on his right arm, in the Disney version it's on his left. And in the book he was much more sophisticated, though still kind of a bumbler. XD
Maleficent - That face, that voice, enough to give anyone chills.
Hades - Love him. He's hilarious. XD
Evil Queen - Kinda reminds me of today's beauty industry. People will stop at nothing to be beautiful, and that's what makes her terrifying.
Frollo - I'd sure hate to be in Esmeralda's metaphorical shoes! Or would I? *thoughtful expression* :3
He's my favorite Disney villain too. Corrupt, ruthless, crazy but never smiles because he's happy. Smiles because he's getting his way or because he's trying to make a lie believable. Doesn't laugh. I think Frollo is the scariest villain because he is the most realistic. I think we've all known a few people who abused their power, so for all we know, a not-quite-as-awesome but just as evil Frollo could be walking among us! But maybe he wouldn't be so angry all the time if he got more love.
Facilier - Is he from The Princess and the Frog or what? I don't remember him so I might not have seen whatever movie he is in.

I think the queen's name is supposed to be Grimhilde or something. Not a very fair name for someone who considers herself the "fairest of them all."
Faci is one of only two Disney villains to make it onto my favorites list for a given fandom. (The other is from a cartoon series rather than a movie.) I'm still trying to figure out how Hook and Cruella can have a black baby, but I'm also extremely entertained by the idea of those two being Faci's parents, so I've chosen to suspend reality in favor of that ship.

Facilier's creator, Bruce W. Smith, joked that Faci was the love child of Cruella and Hook, as those two served as the primary inspiration for Faci's character.

They were just inspiration references...nothing more. Bruce, however, has earlier proclaimed in one of his interviews that Facilier's entire presence is based off Baron Samedi with common character qualities shared by Cruella and Captain Hook.
