What is better than waterfalls and verdant greenery.17x11" oils on masonite panel.
Been working on this one since before Christmas, oils take forever. I will scan it once the paint is dry and the piece is varnished.

Use your paints and learn your colors. Pigments work a little differently than painting on the computer. Different colors have differing degrees of opacity and it's a bit challenging to learn which ones work with what. Also, paint the world around you, it will help you learn lighting, shadows and composition.
