This is 's character, Passion Woman. Thanks to an RP we did, we have a bit of a story about her... ^///^Dr. Clark originally worked for Wily. At one point, though, he started working for the forces of good instead. Wily didn't like this one bit, so in retaliation he planted a virus in Passion Woman's system that forced Clark to shut her down.
Doctor Hand came along and with the help of his recent creation Cyber Woman, Passion was cured and fell in love with Hand.
I'll leave it to your imagination what happened next. ^_^
