It's fur from the striped hyena he brought to the party. The green colour is just the glow from the change happening.
Event Part 3-
After your Evoloon and their friend had a lot of fun together and there are bright and colorful fireworks for the finale of the party!
The fireworks seem to be magical.
All the evoloons who brought a friend of a different species start to glow for a second.
Their body suddenly changes!!
