Still love your art, even in sketch form!
I got to ask about your horse like creature, are these common in your world? This one seems to have a beautifull build and I love the spikes but am curious if they are attached to the mandible? And those on the neck are they blunt, They look like they could be quit painful to the rider, I know I used to run into the back of my horses neck at least once a day when I used to ride... I think she did it on purpose to make sure I was still paying attention...

The horses are common, have some breeds and take a role of usual horse :3 The spikes on necks are cutting like nails, for "ride" horses. For the parade breed ( more elegant, high, thin and bright) usually decorate spikes and hair :3 Here I haven't drawn any special one, I suppose theywere cut, but already grew up. Buran should be careful riding this guy :') He has 2 of them - one is more muscular build, have got all spikes removed, and the one for any kind of celebration, since he is a king and should appear in public with all of his beauty XD
