Alrighty! First test print done! I tried a lot of firsts with these dolls. Peanut or double joints was one, new head cap attachment style, middle torso or tummy joint etc. Lots of fun, and I can definitely see improvement as I learn what does and doesn't work as well. I had a lot of fun going outside the norm and played more with style in these designs.

Let me introduce the two dolls.

LEFT: Brownieling is for the BJD Convention in Atlanta Georgia (atlantaballjointeddollconventi… . This doll is a type of fairy or fey that is normally associated with the element of earth. This fairy is said to do household chores if you leave a saucer of milk out. (I need one! ) It is meant to be gender neutral so people can make it into either a boy or girl. Highly inspired by a mushroom, thus all the organic legs and arms that kinda flow and wrinkle. Measures a little under 3 inches or 8cm without the hat/cap. Shroom hat adds about 2cm or 3/4ths of an inch in height. The pumpkin hat is an exclusive to the Con I am making him/her for. The actual doll will not be an exclusive and will be sold AFTER the con in October 18-20th.

Right: Impling is for the BJD Convention in St. Louis Missouri (www.stlbjdcon.com/) This doll is a little darkling a Imp or little demonic sprite. Impling unlike the brownie above will not do nice things around your home, he will eat only one out of your pair of socks, and hide your keys, and he always move things so they are never in the right spot. He is taller or bigger than my previous line of dolls and is approx 17cm tall. The entire Impling doll is an exclusive to the convention and will not be sold outside of it. Sorry folks, but you should totally try and make the con it should be smashing!
