concept for this guy is that he's a mediocre mage, but the lack of power he has he makes up for in accessories - collecting items of rare power and amassing power that way, he has established a place of power in an old museum where he stores his collection and now he travels the globe pilfering and strong-arming magical artefacts into his possession.
when he turns up in the comic he'll have a charmed object for all occasion but the ones I wanted to give him as a sort of permanent basis would be his shoes (the soles of standing, allowing him to walk on air), his cloak (the Infinitum Sinum, a pocket dimensional storage space and personal teleport lobby) the pins for his cloak (the eyes of Panoptes, special insight, precognition, a sort of danger sense) his suit itself (the nemeios weave, nigh-invulnerability and strength augmentation) and his mask (the face of Impenetros, creates a shield that can reflect or redirect any attack seen coming) - he's also got a bunch of rings n stuff that do various beams, blasts and othersuch nonsense hahah
