Lineart version: [link]EDIT: Added the black frame and made the sky a bit bluer. I think it looks tidier now. I still want to rescan it for the artbook, though.
Yay! This is my first piece for my artbook.
The initial sketch was drawn without much thought, so maybe this is why I like it so.
I just wanted to draw a pretty lady next to a waterfall, surrounded by a few plants. And I think it turned out pretty good.
I am not *quite* satisfied with how the greens scanned, plus the lght blue sky above the waterfall has become literally invisible, so I might rescan it and try to adapt it more before I add it to my artbook. Still plenty of time until then.
And, before I forget - ladies and gents, we have a background! XD A crappy one, but a background none the less. I usually either skip backgrounds or make them very simple, so this is an improvement. ^^

It's wonderful! I love it. I really like her hair and the nudity is very artsy and not pervy at all.

lol I rarely draw nudity with the intention of making it slightly pervy (though it did happen on a few occasions). I usually try to keep it elegant and innocent. That is why she is covering herself here. Perhaps someone caught her bathing at the waterfall and she is trying to hide now? ^.^ (She couldve used her hair, though, that would have been effective. XD)

Naturally, lol, I was just joking since she has so much hair. ^^ I love thick and long anime hair, it reminds me of middle ages when a lot of women had ΓΌber long hair... though they braided and tied it up back then.

yeah, my hair is really thick and fairly long. I used to braid it a lot but I haven't recently because it takes so long.

My hair isn't too thick, but it used to be really long. I cut it a few months ago, though, now it is halfway between my chin and my shoulders. Makes it easier to maintain, especially since I dye it.
