I found pidgey and it's other evolutions fun to draw. And pokemon birds in general, even tho it takes some time drawing the feathers XD
But i had a hard time drawing the squirtle line.. .w.

The sky is beautiful, is it not?
How lovely your clouds are. So white and cottony, extending beyond the horizon to infinity...and so graceful is Pidgeot! The magnificent feathers upon its head trailing behind it in a slender curve; the wings outspread, catching the last rays of the sun as the celestial orb of fire vanishes beyond the heavenly blanket of clouds.

I really like the hue in this picture and the shadows are great too.
Maybe you should add some hightlights near the contour, cause it seems a bit too pale/dark to me.
And about your drawing style: Keep it, it looks very unique and refreshing I think Pidgeots bodyshape is pretty interesting
