There was only... two things i could see that weren't perfect with this picture. It seems to me that his right eye is a little smaller than his left, but that could just be me.
The other thing i saw, was that the eyes didn't seem to be lined up. Once again, that's probably me again.
The only suggestion I would give, is to maybe use a ruler (or some other form of straightedge) to make sure that the eyes are in line. It may just be the way he's lookin, or otherwise.

I loved how in the new episode last week when Sam called Cas' phone and when it was supposed to be the audio recording of his voice he's all "I... dont understand... why you want me to say my name..." XD
