I'm curious as to how you get that fuzz/vibrate effect. I've seen it before. Is it an automated feature in photoshop/aftereffects etc. or did you manipulate it like that from scratch?

I've never used photoshop to make animations before, so I'm not really sure if it can be automated..
But the way I do it is on some frames I used a motion blur filter and on others I used Gaussian blur favoring either the X or Y axis.
Then I mess with the frame timings to make it look more glitchy/vibrate.

Oh. I use Photoshop's timeline. I think aftereffects has some features that do something similar. I'm glad to hear you do it by hand. I would like to replicate that technique(in my own style) on a future gif. Understanding how its done now allows me to see that its not as difficult as I first perceived. Great job by the way!
