since school is almost over *yeah* I felt like posting a character sheet of one my favorite books series the Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice. I finished the whole series five months ago and even then I felt compelled to make my very own VC character. I know there's tons of fans older and younger than me who have or might of created their own, but I felt i wanted to do so for one, pure interest and two I used it to help me in my English Class. i wrote an seven page on two VC characters I have created here's one of them, the other is Lawrence Shepard.

Life as Human

Julian Sanchez is the psychopathic older ''brother'' of the vampire Armand. Despite no record of his birth he claims he is a blood relative of Armand even though Julian is twice as old and powerful as Armand even as a vampire. Sanchez was born on a farm to immigrant parents in Santurce Puerto Rico. when he was seventeen he left to travel and live in Romania where he fell in love with a gypsy named Fausta, where they had a daughter named after her mother Isabella. on a trip back from Spain he encountered the Vampire Marius who would later turn Armand into a vampire. Marius promised to give Julian a vast fortune for him and his family if he agreed to live Marius for a short period of time. seven months later one night during a thunder storm Julian sneaks into Marius's room to discover the vampire feeding on the local Pastor. in fearful doom Julian tries to flee but is captured and turned into a vampire, Julian was 37 years old at the time.

Life as a Vampire

some time after his turning he has a close maker/fledglings relationship with Marius despite him loathing his life as a vampire he soon enjoys the thrill and lifestyle of a vampire. through most of his history he does interact with other VC characters his closest companion is the Scottish vampire and fledgling of Lestat Lawrence Shepard. (my other Vampire OC)

Physical appearance

Julian is six feet and three inches tall, with wavy black hair. his eyes are Hazel under lights they turn a light brown. he has a long narrow nose and soft lips, his features as described by other characters is ''raw but very handsome'' despite vampire's skin turning pale and getting more of age Julian obtains his light brown skin tone as well his dark rings under his eyes. this feature is is what makes him attractive among other characters.

Personality
Because his of dark nature and odd mannerisms he remains an dark shadow for his vampire status. at heart he is very caring and protective but after his turning Julian is known to be ''unstable'' and very cynical. the first language he spoke is Spanish but is fluent in Latin, French and German. he enjoys reading and digging history around the world he collects in his archive. Julian is portrayed as Bisexual and has through his life both female and male lovers. he loves his wife dearly but when he returns home seven years after being turned he discovers she married again. he goes into a rage of fury and murders both her and her new husband, after this Julian turns his efforts to many men in his vampire life. most notably Lawrence.

Powers and abilities

much like all vampire he has telepathy, superhuman strength, pyrokinesis and can fly as well no danger to exposure to sunlight due to old age.

Relationships

Lawrence Shepard

in 1900 Julian travels to New York in hopes of owning his own art gallery. during one of his shows he meets the young Scottish Vampire Lawrence. soon after their encounter they becomes friends and decide to move into together. they enjoy going to musical shows and attending art galleries together, during their time Lawrence explains that Julian is the real first friend he has since he was turned into a vampire by Lestat a year before. in 1927 Julian confronts Lawrence that he has developed both emotional and sexual feelings for him. Shepard does not feel the same way until he succumbs to his advantages on New years Eve. after their sexual encounter Lawrence leaves him to travel to Amsterdam.

Lestat

both vampire share a somewhat equal respect for each other but never really is explained.

in my seven page story he meets other characters like Louis Pointe Du lac, Armand and writer David Talbot who in turns write his biography on him.

as you tell if Julian was to be seen in a movie I felt like no one other than my favorite Puerto Rican actor Benicio Del Toro can play him he is perfect.
