Skyrim Character.Brynmoor Argall. High elf. Former Thalmor Justiciar.
Favorite magic school is destruction, Especially Fire and Lightning spells. Will not stop until his opponent is disintegrated or charred. Gets his kicks from chasing people and killing them. War criminal. Will set entire towns on fire just to kill one person, for good measure. Loves wine. Is not above manipulating his friends to get what he wants. Kinda crazy. Widower.
Zapped his wife to death with lightning after disagreement. Hates talkative people, prim, prissy. Hates all races, thinks high elves are stupid a lot of the time. Enjoys some tea and outside time. Loves to threaten, intimidate and scare people. Loves dogs a lot, owns three dogs. OCD. Hates dirty places. Hates dirt.
Powerhungry, his goal is to become the most powerful mer in Skyrim. He wants others to fear him for his ruthlessness and admire him for his cunning. Little does he know that he's trying desperately to feed into a deep-seated need for attention. Negative or positive.
Not a Dragonborn.

He's a bastard either way. He's rotten to the core even if he wasn't a Thalmor.
Keep in mind that he was tossed out of the order for overkill.

I do not know how Thalmor can commit overkill, the only way to be kicked out associated with killing would be ignoring orders/killing without elimination of witnesses.

Well, he -is- a war criminal. He's probably responsible for genocide, killing other Thalmor, horrible atrocities.
Trust me. He'll find a way to be even more brutal. He just sets his bar higher and tries to outdo others in order to shine and be feared.

I do not have problems with genodice but killing Thalmor is plain wrong - he deserved to die for that reason
