When I resize my photos for uploading they always become blurry. So I have to sharpen them to be crisp again. But it was sharp in the first place. There was enough light to freeze the movement with a high shutter speed ( 1/1600 s). ItΒ΄s not a blurry photo edited to look sharp.

Ah. Well actually you've said too much already 
Nonetheless, what software do you use, if your photographs become blurry after a resize? You're not upscaling them, are you?

When my photos become blurry after IΒ΄ve made them smaller I use Ulead PhotoImpact to sharpen them again. But it should work in most other programs too.
It does not work if the photo is out of focus though (a slightly blurry photo may become a bit sharper). It only becomes "pixelish" and ugly.
