Description
Another mon art for my journal as a way to redeem myself and my second all-time fav, Dragonair. Fairly proud of this one despite the wonky bokeh bubbles in the background.
Unfortunately my scanner keeps eating away the light tone shadows but hopefully the upped contrast helps a bit.

Materials:
pencil and eraser
staedtler watercolor pencils
gel pens in black and white
faber-castell chalk pastels
