Commission for my good pal and very patient friend painted-bees ;u ; <33 Of ishivan, the mega noodleIt was a pleasure drawing this kid, his flexible design lends to some really fun compositions haha
I tried some new lighting and atmoshperic rendering and though it was a challenge i think it came out p nice!

You're really ambitious with the canvas ratios, haha! This guy seems to be perfect for that though, and I think the way you placed him in it turned out fantastic! I think the gradient light and dust particles really adds a lot of atmosphere, and the way you used the canvas to contrast light and dark really adds to the mysteriousness and impact of the piece. The symbolism ontop of that really draws you into it and makes you wonder and want to know more, which is a very wonderful way to portray someone's character imoΒ
