well, that's a tough question.
the title is taken from a song from the band atrocity. it's about child abuse in an orphanage which noone knows about. it's a matter that is always present. and in our civilized societies it's always kept secret.
but this pic is not particularly about child abuse but is rather meant to show the inner consequences of any kind of abuse in general - including kinds of self-abuse. and when you try to shine a light on it, it's painful and ashaming for the concerned persons.
and it's kept under the seal of secrecy.
