Well according to the Undertale wiki, Doggo has unique dialogue if you spare him, kill every other dog character, and then talk to him at Grillby's:
"Sometimes the others like to prank me. They sit still so I can't see them. They must be here, playing a joke on me. I'll just wait until one of them admits it..."

And I really enjoyed the speedart video. Quick question, though: I notice that you start off with a black line, and then color the lines to contrast the color around it, but wouldn't it be easier to start with the contrast and not a black line? That way you save a step in the process? ^^
