Space Port 2001. Obviously its a reference to 2001: A Space Odyssey, one of the most epic movies of all time... Tried to create an ambience based on white color.Max 2009 + Mental Ray + Photoshop

I like the white atmospherics and cleanliness, which would be necessary around touchy technology that needs to work right! The boxes are a nice NASA type touch.
Makes me wonder what Kubrick would do! He would have used the upper right light and additional lights to bring the room to white gleam probably.

Thanks, thats kinda my first serious work. There are inspirations from NASA yes, as well as from 70's like the computer. At the time I thought it as a dormitory...

Objects in this scene look a bit too simplistic. Although there are few errors, more time could have been spent on adding the type of detail that really brings objects to life.
Beyond things I've mentioned before like atmospherics, softer shadows and photo references, it's not a bad scene at all!

it looka good, but i think you need to use a slight touch of dirtmap nothing in the world is that clean.
