SPAH SAPPINβ MAH COOKIES!No seriously. This gave me diabetes. I tried making it in similar style as (but not exactly like) some christmas cards that Valve is selling.
(Side note: wearable Santa hats, Valve. I DEMAND IT.)

I know this is going to sound real assy and all that: but you kinda did the baking process wrong there, you Ice Gingerbread cookies after they've been baked and left to cool becase If they're too hot the icing just melts off. If you ice the dough and bake it you'd proooobably set them on fire at worst and make a gooey charred mess at best. I make Gingerbread cookies with my mum at christmas so I know how that shiz works, you make the dough, nead it and then let it rest in the fridge for a while, flour up a flat surface, roll out the dough on it, cut out the shapes, bake, let them cool and then decorate/Ice. Also Gingerbread likes to poof up/expand so thats another reason why you decorate after since they change shape while baking, cus I tired making a unicorn once and it became some kind of weird dino lookin thing. Not being rude or anything I'm just sayin is all.
