Description So, I have finally done it.
Should have been a little exercise to learn to draw with SAI but it turned out pretty well so IΒ΄ve decided to upload it though.

Featuring Cloud Strife and Aerith Gainsborough from Final Fantasy VII. You know this scene I think. ... T-T
IΒ΄ve listened to a very beautiful variation of the song "I will follow you into the dark" by Death Cab For Cutie while drawing this and somehow the whole song suits this scene so well.
There is a little detail in the anti-gravity ribbon on the floor I felt it has to be somewhere in the pic ^-^
So, enough description, I hope you guys like it

I don't think I've ever seen Aerith's hair undone either. such lovely colours in her hair. That's a nice touch. Great detail too - i like that spot of blood on her face

I've seen many tragic scenes, but I still think that Aerith's death was one of the best. It was so sad and impacted the story so much, and yet it made Cloud x Aerith that much more beautiful for me. Love this artwork, it really does them credit ^_^

Thank you so much Yes, I totally agree with you. Even if the producers donΒ΄t wanted Aerith and Cloud to be officially together it canΒ΄t be denied that there is something very special in their relationship. And her death, true it brought her back to Zack, but it also made the Cloud/Aerith relation stronger. IΒ΄m very glad you like the way IΒ΄ve done it, IΒ΄m so surprised someone likes it actually ... ^-^
