When I first saw a picture of Shinx, I didn't find it all that cute. But when I started playing Pokemon Diamond for the first time and saw Shinx's animation, I found it adorable. :3 Shinx's last evolution is also really cool, so now I really like this lion cub! If I ever buy PMD Explorers of the Sky, I want to play with Vulpix and have Shinx as my partner. ^^I really like this picture, too: I went all 'awwwww' when I was drawing it. Like usual, I made a lot of mistakes with the lineart, but managed to photoshop the worst ones away.

Well, I personally think that it resembles a lion much more. It's evolutions are more proof of that, growing a mane and all. But I guess at least its name could come from the word lynx. ^^
